Select this one if you are planning to hire an advocate to attend a meeting. This is NOT my hourly rate. This retainer is similar to a retainer for an attorney. It initiates the hiring process and you will be sent a contract to sign upon payment. Generally, this retainer will get you through one standard school meeting (Eligibility, IEP, 504).  More complicated matters (mediations, state complaints, etc), and continued advocacy, are time based and billed hourly. These details are included in your contract. This package includes a review of your student's documents, along with written comments and recommendations. It also includes a pre-meeting prep call (via phone or video), attendance at  school meetings (child find/referral, eligibility, 504, or IEP)* and a post meeting debrief.
 
Once you have paid for the retainer, please go ahead and book an initial meeting on my Calendly page. You do not need to pay the additional $75 consult fee.
 
*Attendance in person available for schools within 25 miles of downtown Richmond, VA. Virtual attendance available for other locations.
